Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies are used to optimize and improve the Service as well as conduct statistical analysis of the use of the Service.
We would like to analyze how you use our Service, which will enable us to improve its functionality. If you agree to analytical cookies, the Google Analytics tool will be used for analysis, report generation, and statistics. In connection with the use of Google Analytics, information generated by cookies about your use of the Service will be transmitted to Google Ireland Limited, but it may also be transferred to Google LLC, the parent company based in the USA. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within EU member states or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Service, compile reports on Service activity, and provide other services related to Service activity.
The Service also uses Google Ads files - _gclid. This is a parameter that is added to our final ad address when a User clicks on it. The parameter automatically encodes data about, among other things: the campaign, the ad group, the keyword, the ad from which the click was made. 'Tagging' campaigns makes it possible to identify materials and channels that interest Users.
Detailed information about the analytical cookies used can be found in our Privacy Policy.
The active period of cookies is indicated in the table below (up to 2 years).
If the User wishes to disable the ability to use their data in Google Analytics, it is possible to install a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on websites that use supported versions of the Google Analytics JavaScript code (analytics.js, gtag.js). The add-on can be downloaded from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Marketing cookies
Marketingowe (reklamowe) cookies wykorzystujemy w celu dopasowania treści i form reklam, wyświetlanych zarówno na Naszych stronach, jak i w sieciach reklamowych naszych partnerów do Twoich potrzeb i upodobań.
We also use Google's remarketing feature, which allows us to display interest-based ads to Users in the Google ad network. In this process, user interaction with Service content is analyzed, for example, which areas interest the User. To accomplish this, Google cookies are stored on the User's device, which allow visitors to be recognized when they visit websites that are part of the Google ad network. These websites can then display ads to visitors that relate to content they previously viewed on websites using Google's remarketing feature. We commission the display of Google display ads and flexible display ads.
Informacje uzyskane za pomocą pliku cookie służącego do konwersji umożliwiają kompilowanie statystyk konwersji i rejestrowania całkowitej liczby Użytkowników, którzy kliknęli daną reklamę i zostali przekierowani do witryny z tagiem śledzenia konwersji.
The Service also uses Facebook marketing cookies known as the Facebook Pixel. The Pixel allows data to be collected, which PP can use in a Facebook advertising campaign based on monitoring user activity on the Service. The Pixel specifically enables: obtaining information about what device Users are using, what activities they perform on the Service, and how long the User stayed on the Service. Additionally, the Pixel allows for the creation of custom conversions, which are used to track significant events in the Service for use in advertising campaigns. Based on the collected information, advertisements tailored to the User's preferences can then be displayed on Facebook.
The modernist Siemens House is a phenomenon among the Secesion buildings on Piotrkowska Street. It captivates with its monumental façade, elegant bas-reliefs and huge windows. The building, entered in the register of monuments, is a work of architecture from the early 20th century in Łódź.
The original appearance of the tenement house is the work of Karl Janish. The German architect transferred innovative patterns from Berlin to Łódź: reinforced concrete structures, high-quality decorations, spacious interiors and impressively large windows. The noble form is complemented by Ionic-style semi-columns and an architectural façade, lined with natural stone.
Let's take a closer look at the unique details. In the central part of the façade there is a brass inscription "SIEMENS". It is a tribute to the original owner and a symbolic reference to the history of the building. The whole is decorated with a decorative tympanum with the herb of the industrious bee. Its representation was not accidental. In architecture, the bee is a symbol of work and harmony with the surrounding environment. This beautiful decoration has become the main motif of the new version of the Siemens House.
The facade of the tenement house resembles the most prestigious buildings, such as the Vienna Hyatt Hotel. The interiors are enchanting with staircases with original elevator shafts. The corridors with historic, wooden buildings will retain their historical character.
The highest quality is also visible in details, such as natural stone, exotic wood and marble elements. Decorative balustrades, door joinery, window grilles, ceiling and wall stucco decorations and wooden partitions will undergo renovation in accordance with the recommendation of the Conservator of Monuments.
Noble marriage of classic and modern
In the Siemens House, 87 luxury apartments are being built. The vast majority of them are functional studios with an average area of about 30 m². Thanks to their modular structure, they can be combined into larger, multi-room apartments.
